1. SHOW UP- 90% effort. Workout- 10% effort.

2. COMMIT- stay inspired about your gym workout.

3. MAKE IT FUN- change classes; trainers; time of day that you workout and meet new people.

4. REWARD YOURSELF- eat correctly. You know what that means.

5. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER- the H of the H2O binds with your fat and out it goes.

Why is stretching important? Because the physical body needs preparation for the muscles to work and blood flow will flow more efficiently. The body needs a change of pace. Get it moving. Start with a stretch.
